★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff members are very kind but some of them are rude it is not possible to get work done at one time they make you vist again and again worst experience. First time I visited the bank the asst. Executive fought with me she doesn't have manners to attend their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They consider themselves as kings. They don't give proper information and just tells us to go to another counter.
I already closed the account because it is just waste of time and money.
I suggest everyone not to open your account in SBI. Open your account in some other and good banks like kotak or hdfc or axis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As slow as possible customer support. In the end customer feels helpless and leaves branch with only frustration. SBI should be renamed as Supportless Bank of India or may be to SuperFrustrating Bank of India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank and worst staff I've ever seen in my life. They don't even cares about old aged citizens and make them wait like others,
And if you talk about their working speed then it's slower than Snell. They'll just make you run from one window to another , It took almost 2 hrs for me just to apply for check book.
Never ,I repeat never open account in this bank (especially in this branch) cause it'll take your whole day?
