Most un disciplined branch... No cashier till 11.30am daily... adamant staff... You will never get any cooperation ... Pathetic 1 star is not recommended as well

Please don't go for this bank ? 1) Employees are not present 2) the employees which are present don't do work properly 3) all the formalities are very difficult to be understood by a normal person 4) no one present to explain things to the normal costumes who have difficulties 5) the employees which are present look very frustrated and won't answer or help u with any stuff 6) the bank opens at 9.30am and closes at 3.00pm 7)even though bank opens at 9.30am most of the employees are not present or not willing to work 8) machines or Internet servers are normally not working

1. Very poor service. We went there to close the account and took 2 hours to close. The employees make their customers wait recklessly and continue chatting with their coworkers and ask them to get useless signatures around in the bank!! 2. Your passbook will never get updated because their machine never works and the network is always down. 3. The manager and the cashiers don’t care and do not know what they are doing. GET A PRIVATE BANK ACCOUNT!

I am a daughter of retired CGM of SBI. Hence I had not given a review inspite of multiple problems. The service is slow, there is always a connectivity problem, the ? is not working most of the time, some of the staff are very rude,etc. I wanted a new passbook which I had to ask the lady to be quick about. She gave me the passbook and asked me to come back for printing the first page next week. I spoke with the manager and he told me to let it go as I was not going to need the page printed for anything important. During the pandemic time, when people are supposed to be out only when necessary, the bank asks the customers to come back for things which can be done in one go, stand in queue outside, and gives slow service, thus endangering the lives of it's customers.

Beware cash deposit machine scam, cdm machine deposited cash showed transaction cancelled money not deposited into account even after 7 days from transaction date and 4 working days money not credited by teller and 3 branch visits, teller says when transaction shows in their machine they will credit when cdm gave hardware error how will transact n log show. Attempt by bank employees to steal my 40k cash now considering filing police complaint and case in consumer court. Bank manager always delaying.

Pathetic Service. KYC is not updated even after 1 month of document submission. They dont deserve to work anywhere.

This branch is not well managed. There is always a long wait and you never get any work done in a single visit. The employees are always overworked. For any administrative work, the employees always take your application and tell you that they will work on it by the end of the day only to not complete it and not follow up on it. Visiting the branch again is the only solution in that case.
