★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking services ever , no proper available forms. No guidance for new customer. Bank staff abandon their posts and leave randomly for unspecified time duration.
Bank manager is even worse. Till 12:30 pm no bank manager even arrives at bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inefficient process. We went to open a savings bank and it took 3 hours to complete the process. That too on a day when there were hardly 4-5 customers in the bank. Very frustrating experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Fill the Service Request Form". I am sorry to say this but the attitude of employees here continues to be problem focused rather than solution oriented. They do not flinch before asking you to come again because printer is not working today or go to your home branch even though that branch could be in another state. Approach is theoretical, you will be asked to provide 2-3 docs where one suffices. Overall, budget more time whenever you visit or you might end up frustrated with the in branch experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this branch twice and I wouldn't recommend anyone based on my brief visits. One of the employees was still courteous enough to answer your queries but others are typical babus from government offices. If you have an option to open an account somewhere else, I would suggest you to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services.. Once you open an account, and people migrating to different cities for work, you can't expect an account holder to visit the home branch all the time to sort out issues. In this digital world, SBI lags far behind in terms of sorting out issues. Don't understand why the Indian Government even fund these public sector banks??? Pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Whitefield Branch is located in a very quiet place near to Prestige Shanti Niketan. Branch code is 04456. There is ample parking space outside for Car and 2 wheelers.
Usually you always face issues or non working attitude in SBI but I didn't had any such issue here. There was very less crowd and the queries that I asked were answered promptly and i got my work done in 30 minutes. There are 4 general counters, 1 manager counter and 1 branch manager cabin. In comparison to other SBI branches, I visited in bangalore I would highly recommend this branch for any work you want to do related to banking. Also just outside bank there is an SBI ATM which had cash deposit machine as well along with normal withdrawl machine.
