★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fortunately only 1 SBI available in Kanpur city but one of verse poor service and management available here. The manager is not doing his work when customer needs help and manager is arrogant arguing person. Employees need to replace, they don`t cooperate at all. They treat the customer as we for them. SBI need improve and maximum customer are suffering problem on this branch. another part is the employees are to slow on their work where crowd gets increase but there will no improvident on they speed of work. Poor Service Poor management and worthless manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specially the person sitting at counter no SWO-3, is very very bad person. As a banker, Neither he knows how to behave with customers nor he knows how to handle his own work. Feeling very very sorry for poor and senior citizen customer, those who are coming for some important work and returning with helpless from bank. Simply this person are wasting the time by giving date and date.Here with I am attaching the photos, see the truth, its around 11.30AM, there are so many customers but the banker is not there.
