One of the best bank in Noida. You will never feel that you are in a Govt Bank. Its in Middle of the Posh Society of Sector 50 Noida. You can reach here by deboarding at Noida City Centre Metro.

Worst service. People there don’t know how to talk and behave. Every single time there has to be some problem in their branch. Either the printer in not working or internet connectivity issue. Worst service anyone can get. Pathetic.

One of the worst experience you will ever have. The manager never comes to office. The staff doesn't talk properly. Something that requires hardly 2 mins, they take atleast 5 to 7 days. A bunch of uneducated people. Don't know why the managers of this branch is paid salary. I bet, go to this branch to update the passbook, you will find the printer not working 8 out of 10 times. The truth is, the printer is never out of order, they just don't want to do an additional work. They were very pathetic and unhelpful during demonitisation ..

I am rewriting this review to highlight the seriousness of the situation. Especially pinpointing the manager’s behaving here, as I believe she is incompetent to be a manager. A ‘Manager’ has to deal with all types of people with the same enthusiasm, should be a good communicator and should be responsive to questions or requests. This lady doesn’t know how to talk. Very rude and horrible behaviour. I visited this branch 3 times for closing my account but could not succeed because of such incompetent staff. The staff is equally bad. SBI has been very selective in choosing such team of people. Kudos to them! Dear SBI, please work on impression management as well as reputation management for this branch as this will affect the overall reputation of the bank. Some more points to highlight: Generally, they don’t have proper internet connections and their systems don’t work. Their staff is never welcoming-they argue with customers and never behave professionally with their customers. We understand that sometimes people are illiterate and there is no one to accompany them or solve their doubts. Thus, it is the staff duty to make them understand instead of making them wait in different queues. At least give some respect to senior citizens.

I can see timings of bank online is a 10-5 but here only till 2pm. Infact before 2pm they shut down their doors. The worst experience ever. they don't guide properly and make people fool.

Very worst service i ever faced, i seen there, the service manager forcefully given an insurance to a guy against opening of a saving bank account with SBI. I also went there to open a sb account but they refused to process further quoating technical issues and said that you get msg on mail regarding opening of account after two days no response received.
