★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest bank in Gondia but very crowded place, many peoples come here everyday. Service is also slow. You have to wait here for so long to complete your work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this bank multiple times unfortunately for different reasons my college had tie up didn't had option to opt another bank. Worst part is just to submit a piece of paper KYC it took 3 hours and it wasn't frist time that it took so long. Staff at bank worst attitude no one no idea about nothing. Lunch break starts 2:30 to 3 no staff showed up until 4. No one is at bank to help out elderly people no co-ordination to elderly people. Sometimes the employee starts cat flight with themselves. Ridiculous bank I ever been.
