★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic as ever... The manager(Vinit kr Sinha) has been appointed either through bribe or some sourcing. No sense, how to speak to customers, how to manage & coordinate bank work or resolve to resolve customer concerns. These guys just take govt. jobs for granted just to get paid till death without even caring to work for what they are paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide worst service and worst staffs are present there. They will treat you like nothing. The staffs are arrogant and they will speak to you like they are abusing.
They even don't know how to talk with senior citizen. Once your account is opened, you will not be interested to visit here. All your work will took much more time due to the arrogant staffs. I suggest you better to choose another bank rather than sbi because you will face the same situation in every sbi branch.
