I face a lot of challenge in reaching out to this bank. the number is not reachable. branch manager is not reachable. i tried to find their number from the main SBI guys, the number they gave me was a wrong number. they charge me unnecessarily and to call them and get it rectified is a BIG challenge. I have lost a lot of money just because of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst banks.. still living in dinosaur age with extremely poor customer focus.. Not a single contact number is provided correctly. Bank employees are not bothered about customers. Any work to be done, even as trivial as updating a passbook needs to go to home branch. Employees should be made accountable for all customer dissatisfaction and jobs should be put on stake to bring seriousness about their work. Too much of Job security is causing this lethargy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank ever... The employees are rude and have no respect for customers. I wanted to change my details and no one had a clue what to do. When i confronted one of the employees she started taunting us. I recommend everybody not to use this bank for any kind of services. No doubt people like Mallya fool them so easily. They deserve it!

Branch Manager do not know anything. For every enquiry she takes the help of her subordinates.. less informed manager about banking I have ever seen..
The staff do not know anything about SMS services of SBI. They say that because this is lower branch you may not get sms facility.
They are unable to help even pensioners because of paucity of knowledge..I think SBI should close this branch and merge all accounts with upper branch situated near Nerul police station.
