★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of this bank are non cooperative and every time they are harrased customer by any issue. This bank are not deserved to take single one star rating. Staff members of this bank are think they are supreme in this field and make new kind of rules like no one can deposit non home branch a/c, below Rs.10000 withdraw/ deposit to account are not allow inside bank due to COVID-19 and many more like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In comparison to other government bank branches in the locality this branch staffs are more cooperative. It is just 2 minutes walking distance from Halisahar Railway station. As I am a account holder in this branch for 12 years I will give the present bank manager Partha babu a big zero in comparison with fellow staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is located near Halisahar Station, this is very customer friendly, nationalized bank having Passbook printing machine,ATM & CDM facility under one roof. The entrance is wheelchair friendly , but there is not enough space for parking in front of it. It is now operating upto 2 pm for Covid pandemic. There is drinking water facility & chairs for sitting & fire extinguisher.
