★ ★ ★ ★ ★ এত খারাপ পরিষেবা আর অন্য কোনো ব্যাংকে দেখিনি। এখানকার ব্যাংকের কর্মচারীরা খুবই খারাপ ব্যবহার করে গ্রাহক দের সাথে। কোনো কাজই সহজে হয় না। সহজ কাজ কে এমন জটিল করে দেয় যে বলার কথা না। এই ব্যাংকের সবচেয়ে খারাপ কর্মচারী হলো লোন বিভাগ এর কর্মকচারী। নিজেকে ম্যানেজার ভাবে।
I have never seen such bad service in any other bank. The bank employees here are very abusive towards the customers. No task is easy. Simple work makes it so complicated that it goes without saying. The worst employee of this bank is the employee of the loan department. Manage yourself.
