Account first time has blocked when i was request to active account it was january 2020 one staff who gave me form i was attach my all the documents and submet to the staff he said give me your documents your account will be active after 7 days. But till the time my account has not active.again my wife try to active that account but staff said you will come thursday when thursday ask about the account thay told now it will do after all the lockdown. Why staff teling lie always Why thay are not helping others. How long we will wait for it we need to active as soon as posible.
