★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous manager of the branch was good as a person and as a professional. Never force customer to open a policy with savings account. But today i had experienced so bad. New branch manager force me to open a 1000/- insurance with savings account. I deined to open the policy, and he denied to accept my application for new savings account. This kind of professionals defame the SBI reputation with common people. SBI should take action with this type of employee.
