The staffs of the bank have to change their behavior to the customers. Another thing,there is no person present at the Customers Service Desk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bank has a joint account with my wife and me, Went to the bank in the month of feb 20 (First week) Was specially from bhubaneswar to hinjilicut. My mother abandoned the passbook in the bank only when it was given for update. When my mother said that your passbook is not kept. And in hinjilicut came in just this work. To New passbook apply, activate mobile number and apply a new ATM card. The ATM card was my old (of yellow color) then my account has been blocked. The form was also filled but nothing has happened yet.
I do not yet to take advantage of net banking.
Take care of the form that is filled in as soon as possible.Why do I have to take a gold loan now from your branch.Again come 27/2/20 to end.

Useless, mannerless people. No respect even to senior citizens...especialy the manager who thinks he has achieved a lot in his life by becoming a rural bank manager...
Under qualified...even a drunkard rikshawala behaves better than him...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a account in this branch. My experience was very bad with this branch. Their senior staff are very bad and rude . They will not cooparative you. Definately you will feel harrassment. Only for a KYC i visited to branch from mumbai but only for pass book they denied to update my kyc and not even given any solution. I mailed to BM many time, called him but no response from them. Finally i decided to transfer my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and cheaters!! Mr. Amit has taken 5000 to open an account in the bank but he never created an account and never deposited the money!! Upon complaining, manager has issued an account but Amit never deposited the money in my account even after 2 months!! The branch manager is also silent on the complainant !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service if u compare with any other bank services. What bank employees are thinking about themselves you can't imagine starting from peon to tellers (not BM and other higher authority). Ex- one teller is shouting on customer and saying you don't have any educated person in your family. Still people are giving reviews as local guides. They are just ignoring people. If u go to other bank instead of sbi u will fill the difference.
