★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always crowded in there with slow working staff who sometimes go somewhere in midst of working. There are several self formulated rules which applies to in campus and outsiders and that's why I gave up going there. I find NCERT branch more convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u r a new student at IIT delhi, don't go for SBI at IIT. Worst bank in india. They take more than 3 months to verify the documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ups and downs are always there. I have used the IITD service since 1977, IIT Delhi is the best. I went to the branch in 2019 for LIFE CERTICATE to continue to get pension. I had leg fracture and officer from the bank brought the book to get my signature to UBER taxi. I signed from Taxi and went back to my rented apartment in Gurgaon. One cannot get better service than this. I do not know the name of that customer friendly officer. I will recommend for best customer friendly officer award of SBI in India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a student of IIT Delhi. During the pandemic I had to pay off my education loan and there was an issue with my interest subsidy which was not reflecting in my account. It took 30 days of regular calling, emailing and false promises that they'll call me back to finally have a conversation with them. I seriously feel that these incompetent people should not be allowed to work in banks. Their deliberate delay and incompetence cost me a month's additional interest.
