★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is located in JNTU Kakinada and exclusively meant for JNTU Engineering college students. I visited this branch along with my friend who is Professor in JNTU. Its a modern branch and banking activities are performed digitally. Quick service and customer friendly. During rush hours, there will be queue lines , otherwise its fast. Surrounding environment is calm . Cleanliness is maintained within the premises . Water is made available for students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my entire life I've never seen this type of Bank branch. Worst services. Too lazy staff. Actually this bank is crowded usually because of students came here to make DD's, challanas, etc..
I've visited recently, here token system was not working properly at that time, purely inefficient staff, don't know how to control the crowd.
