★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For withdrawal chk book is must....for mobile number change adhar pan card Xerox have to be submitted with the form and write mobile number change on the top..for KYC form submission biometric is compulsory . Biometric can done through CSA branch near to the bank they charge 10 rupees...
