★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch manager told to open PPF account with in 4days despite the fact that the form had already been filled through net banking. Even after visiting thrice, she told that it is not done yet. Waiting for about 18 days I finally took my form back. It shows negligence towards work and treating public at their whims and fancies.
