★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless bank. Nobody wants to work here especially the lady Mamta Garg (Reserved Category)and even the branch manager doesn’t have any knowledge or the sense to manage the staff under him.
Do yourself a favor and open account in some other branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank does not provide any kind of facility to consumers, it deducts money in the account of consumers. The employee working in this bank does not have the ability to talk to the consumers. In this bank, the consumer goes to work for at least two hours. And the staff says it's time for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever have in any of back branches in India. I had the reference code from Yono app but still the employee told me to come tomorrow many times and they didn't open my account. They reply bluntly every time, and some madams in the branch talk loudly, speaking their personal matters in front of costumers. I felt like I am in typical corrupt gov. office of 19's. I wanted to give negative stars but his option in not here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank is good, recently renovated the bank, lunch time is now 2 PM to 2:30 PM well it's SBI and that is just an official timing, it's upto them when they will declare it for you . Machines like ATM cash deposit machine, passbook printing machine usually remains "out of service" but the manager is helpful and very generous so hopefully you will get your work done easily here if you will pull some stings.
