★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no doubt why SBI is reduced to a laughing stoke. The services they provide is the worst in banking sector. They are ignorant and try to dominate customers every time they are wrong. Patna branch are a complete mess and stay away from it for a better experience in banking sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its JC Road branch of State Bank of India. The staffs here are very supportive. Token system has implemented here. No more rush. You can also use green channel here, or you can deposit money with the help of atm machine at this branch. Overall service is very good here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Prasad of counter no 4 at Sonari branch in Jamshedpur in Jharkhand (6026) behaved very rudely. When I went to the bank for saving pass book updated and printed. I stood for 1 hour in line. When I walked up to this cubicle, he said pass book can not be updated and can must be done Yono app. When I said I do not have a smart phone, he spoke rudely in front of everyone. He only wrote the amount in my account at the last page with pencil.
Notably, the pass book update machine on the ground floor of SBI is out of order for last three months.
The senior citizens who are not tech savvy and do not have a smart phone are not allowed to keep money in SBI, my first question.
Why should I have a smart phone to have a pass book in SBI? I WANT IMMEDIATE JUSTICE.
