★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the crowded branch in the vicinity. Service is really poor. Employees/Management have lot of attitude. I really do not understand why there is no proper queue or token system in the bank. At least there should be an electronic queue system like other banks so that Customer and Employee both will be benefited from it.
I know the banking job and dealing with the different kind of customer is not easy. It is your job and you should channel your attitude in the right way.
