★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its nationalised bank... but its overcrowded all the time... if u want to do any transation through this branch you have to wait in que for a long time.. Their ATM many times get out of service or out of cash.. they should concentate on good customer services...

No humanity and hopeless careless staff at all desk. No manners to talk with uneducated senior citizen. Specially lady staff the most arrogant there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most wrost management of banking in karjat now. Some months ago, on it old location it is the very excellent in all dealings/transactions. Nowadays, lot of problems are in the bank. Lack of staff are there that's cause lot of crowd present at one time there. Most of the time ATM, Withdraw and Passbook Printing Machines are defected. Some time money not came from ATM or Some others entries are printed on passbook. Such as lot of problems are there. Sometime SBI is the one of the best bank in karjat but nowadays it is most irritating bank in karjat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch. Official closing time is 16:00 but the gate closes at 14:00 itself. Lazy staff and poor service overall. Only one cash counter which is crowded all time. Everytime stupid reason of bad connectivity issues. Overall bad experience.

*Easily visible from any vehicle.
*Sitting arrangement is good.
*Clean and well maintained.
*But staff is not at all helpful.
*One has to wait longer to get their work done.
*Bank closes at 4 PM but sometime shutter closes at 3 PM, Which is very inconvenient for customers.
