If you have ptions, please walk to any private bank ? like HDFC, ICICI etc, DON'T go with SBI.
This place is always crowded and key reason is that NO one wilings to do their job, they just wanted to pass the ball to each other or will try to send you back back to home by asking any irrelevant document which you will not be carrying with you that time.
I'm trying to get my KYC updated from last "3 Years" and submitted the documents more than 5 times and every time they tells that it will be updated in 2-3 days, but it never got updated. Every one knows that it's not more than 5 minutes job but it's taking years for them.
They don't value your time, will be busy on personal phone calls, but will NOT do your work.
