★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experience about this branch. So I decided to close my account. But for that they were demanded different documents every time Or some time manager was not there . I have been to branch at least 4-5 times. And still I am waiting

This branch do not have ATM. To withdraw cash , visit ATM near McDonald's on JM Road. NON HOME Branch is on 3rd FLOOR.
Branch is closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI is all about filling forms for same thing again and again. Be it internet banking or any other thing I have filled form for 4-5 times in different branches and nothing happened. All we have to do it go there and waste time filling forms for nothing. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new staff isn't at all helpful. I wanted to do international transaction but the lady over there was continuously on phone, gossiping about someone all the time. I attached all the documents and still my transaction hasn't been done yet nor she gave all the required information.
If you wanna do international transaction then go before 2pm after that they don't entertain any requests. It is sad even after asking for help there's no one to help not even the office boy.
