★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are irresponsible to they work .my father has submitted life certificate to this branch in 1st week November 2017 after that my father does not get pension for next month .In January 4th when my father call in bank the they said they forgot to update . and also they are not giving pension book from last 1 year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am also a account holder of this bank but it is most worst customer service giver bank...only maintence of cleanesss is good and customers are treted as nothing more important than their interest like they ignore customers by saying it is lunch time or time is over now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There staff in not co-operating with their customers. Manager need to be more responsive to customers need rather than making sure amount of work is not increased.
My dad was in Banglore and he has given his certificate and authorization letter to one of my family member, still manager refused to take this letter.
I confirmed this with SBI Bank headquarter and cll center, both said - they should accept this letter.
