★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State bank of india_Krishnanagar located in a very prime location, not so far away from Sadar more, moreover its just in opposite of Krishnanagar sadar general hospital.One of the leading bank in Krishnanagar city in terms of customer quantum, but the bank service gradually decreasing, people are not getting the desired expectations what they are looking for.SBI e-corner for ATM services situated just beside, there are all together 5 ATM machines operates for withdrawal as well as deposit of cash, which is quite helpful for customers point of view.The full address pasted here for your convenience i.e 5b, b.l.roy rd., krishnagar, nadia-741101.Branch opened from Monday to Saturday on 10 am to 4 pm of banking time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank officials are mostly incompetent when it’s related to online banking, and to hide this they show rude attitude to the customers. I have provided all my details just to change my mobile number for online transaction and the number did not get changed. I spent next 3 days to find out who can fix the issue and could not find anyone after bouncing back from table to table. The easy solution for me was to transfer the branch to one in Kolkata. Enough banking with these legendary branch, full of legends of the era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behaviour of the staff.. if you are new in this bank this staff specially those who are at the front gate rather than helping you they will show you attitude and they will insult you and if you ask something to them they will treat you like a stray dog.. Moreover this is the main branch and they still use two counter for deposit and withdrawal and many other things in the same counter and rest of them are left unused... remember they have 15 counters and they are doing work only in 2 counter for the whole big city just imagine you have to wait for atleast 3 hours to get your turn... And the deposit atm is there but doesn't work properly

Very crowded as banks are not so common here.
The area is very big.
The e-corner attached with the bank is also big.
Money is always available in the ATM.
Guard is also there to invigilate everything.
