★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is small branch of SBI in Kudasan this area. Relatively new branch, opened few years back. All kind of banking services are available here. However staff should be more customer friendly and receiving. There is an ATM just outside the branch.

Please change staff. Worst banking service ever and not customer friendly, staff is lazy and bad service, ridiculous staff and bad behavior, never open your account here, worst staff ever. Never seen such a lazy and rude staff, which makes the service so bad. I would also give a minus star, if Google had a minus star system. SBI needs to improve the service.

Nothing works on mobile banking app, not even on website.
The staff of this branch is lazy and careless. A person is standing and waiting on the counter and the staff is busy in talking on the phone that also useless stuff, doesn't seem the call was for urgent purpose.
Opened my account just few days back and given pan card but it was not updated in the account. Had to go back again to the branch fill form and requested to update pancard as without pancard linked I was not able to process necessary requests.
Asked to change the correspondence address to the staff she advised to fill the form and bring necesary documents I even informed her that account was opened few days back. I went again on the next day with the form and necessary documents then she informed that it can't be changed till 3 months. Such lazy, careless people they are.
