★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This SBI branch located at prime location could have served customers better. Unfortunately the staff do not have relevant answers to customer's queries which delays the bank work. The place is mostly crowed due to improper guidance given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done car loan from this branch.. once process is complete then afterwards for some inquiries i have sent mails to given mail account but, no reply yet. its been a month. i have sent 4-5 reminder for updates. no reply yet.
also not receiving calls as well.
Do we really need to visit branch for even 2 min work?

She spoke in a very soft voice.
Couldn't hear because there was a crowd.
She said, "Can't you hear me?"
Finally she said that work will not be done today, come tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to close my vehicle loan at SBI Dhankawadi branch and this process has completed in 2 and half hours which was just 15 min process. These people work by their own speed. They do not care about our time and very arrogant people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier (old lady) is very rude, behavior is like mai boli wahi kayda. 27 Aug. 021 At 11:30am, after 30min. in queue when my number comes on her cash counter for 2 lakh cash, she refused to give me the same. Reson she told me is - That much cash is not available now, come tomorrow. (Her tone of voice was like she is talking with a bager) ?.
Personally I feel, she required training to learn customer handling with some basic ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there was a negative rating. I would definitely have given that. Extremely rude staff. We went for car loan closure NOC for my brother who isn't in India. The earlier manager had told us that our father can give his authority letter and the NOC will be given. The lady at loan section flatly refused to give NOC and directed us to the manager who was a lady. This lady was outright rude to my 70year old father and told that they won't give NOC as their customer relationship is only with my brother. On the top of that she also said that she did not invite us. My dad is a BP patient so he strongly objected to her language and raised his pitch and said that he will file a police complaint for harassing senior citizen. On hearing this the lady started her dramatics. She started breathing heavily and then fainted. The medical team was called and after some time she was fine. If people can't handle pressure and vent their frustration at the customers and when the customers retaliate and they cannot bear it, then such people are not fit to work in such positions. I am glad I do not hold any account with this useless branch
