★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous and very poor service. ATM & Other machine are out of service all the time. Worst Bank & Worst Branch I had account ever. I have closed my account after paying too many charges.
There is not at all customer service. All staffs are lethargy including managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won't receive this sort of response generally from PSU bank, but staff at this center are ready to help and solve your queries as fast as they can.
Your loan adviser is responsible almost all the time if you are stuck with any specific point as I observed with many other customers. I also myself visited this office twice. Obviously first time, I myself pushed for second visit due to personal reason :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watchman is pretty rude. Nobody seating at the inquiry desk. Watchman doesn't have any information about the bank. Kind of disgraceful service. This is how SBI lowered thr standard.
