- no ATM service
- half the staff are absent even at 11am
- always lack of sufficient cash
- having server problems almost Everytime I have visited this place
- no basic facilities for waiting customers
- absolute lack of etiquette and respect for customers by staff
I stood in the line for 90 mins just to get my cash and I was the first in the line.. they don't use token system or numbering system even though it is available. Always understaffed and overburdened. And even though I was there when the paraded out the cash in the morning half an hour after the crowds came in, still they refuse to give away higher denomination currencies. Like, for whom are they saving it? This is the crappiest service I have had, fed up in just under a year.
