★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded sbi branch. Some staffs behave very badly with poor and illiterate customers from neighbouring villages. People call staffs saheb(sir) and in return they treat customers like uninvited guests. I tried education loan from thus branch with all required documents but field officer(some Sharma) was very reluctant to act on my application because I was not offering any bribe.My education loan was sanctioned after 8 months of efforts and intervention of Area General Manager(Muzaffarpur). I had have a very bad experience with this branch. So when I start earning I chose other bank and not SBI.
