Worst bank I have ever seen in pan India. Specially for credit card.

Service is very poor, I tried to open an account sence from 2010 but I couldn't success to open the account till 2018. Finally I forfeit. Such a tatti bank

Instead of opening a account at this branch. Open at others. I know SBI is quite slow at services but this one is the slowest of all. Nothing ever works always in lines and some counters are never open.

Sbi employees of malbazar, do one thing go home and sleep, u guys are good for nothing....for a work of 1 day u take at least 4days....plus irresponsive....u guys think we don't have any work.. .Am from siliguri and my wife is from doars and she has account on your bank so for 1day work we cannot waste 4days....i regret she has an account on your bank.... If any of your bank employee reads this message plz understand we too have work... For 1day work we cannot waste whole 4-5days....thanks...!!!!

Useless employees wrost branch of sbi , they took my 500 rs without my consent for insurance and I didn't want that and they argue with me .

This review cannot be posted without star so I have to give single star, actually my given star is zero (00). I had visited many SBI branches in kolkata and few rural branches in W.B. I also have some friends who are employees of the same bank, my friend are really very prompt and swift and responsible to their job and all branch employees are very amicable and friendly except 'Mal bazar SBI' ( IFSC : SBIN 0002084) the worst branch of SBI, I have never ever been visited that type of poorest served branch of SBI. I am really very shocked that the top most public sector bank of India providing such worst service to the customer. They are taken 15 to 20 days to open a bank account after visiting several times. Even after opening the A/C, details of the customers is wrongly written in passbook, like spelling of father name and address. Check book, Debit card, Yono app registration not given to me. After closing & transferring (7000) seven thousand rupees from mini account to open new account, no well come kit was provided after requesting many times. Are they responsible to their job? Branch manager is very much rude, after reporting to him and saying this problems, he said that all of those spelling mistakes will not arise any future problems, he said in high voice that 'are you complaining against my staff?' I observe that the behavior and public dealings of Mr. Bhutia was good, one star is given to this review only for him. Who will going to solve this problems. The Banking ombudsmen? Why SBI Board of directors has not been taking the action or enquiring on this reviews? Don't they have the information regarding the matter? This is really a public grievance. Shame on the irresponsible employees of this branch, mal bazar SBI.
