Even road side banana sellers have better behavior then This branch staff they tare the forms instead of a small suggestion. He told me to get out instead of coming several times with doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch service manager is worst ever, for transfer he said to send a registered post to old branch and we will contact based on ur registered post number and i did it as it is but its been one and half month , i gone and ask what happened?? then that nasty fellow said that they(old branch) have to contact us , u sent registered post na ? they and u have to contact each other through mail..
Very dirty customer service manager i have ever seen
Hope sbi will took action on that customer service manager
