★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady branch operations manager was a very supportive, pleasant, encouraging and customer-friendly person - though she has a slightly high-pitched voice, - who loved her work, while the present male branch ops guy seems to be totally harassed by his work and is totally customer-UNfriendly person. We need more people like the branch ops lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I had been to this branch on 01Dec20 for my pension life certificate, which I have been doing every Nov for the last few years. However, this time, I was surprised, when I was told to go to a service provider in the next building for the same. I have known the staff to be very encouraging and supportive, hence, their current actions only mean that it's directions from the top.
