β β β β β Worst service ever out of all sbi branches in jalpaiguri district . Worst banking . Worst passbook printing service. Bad behaviour of the staffs . Specially service manager don't know how to behave with customers. Maximum time link failure .No helping . Harresment by the stuffs while opening an account . sbi kiosks staffs are better than branch staffs .

β β β β β Customer Service is very bad. Whenever you try talk an employee, it's like talking to a tree. There is literally no response from them until you get frustrated. I really don't recommend this bank to anyone. Please don't waste your time here. Every work literally takes forever for them to get it done. If there would have been an option for 0 star experience, I would've absolutely clicked it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY in this Bank.
