I went to sbi to apply for a credit card, the credit card guy told me to make an FD through YONO app, I went to the guy named 'Sachin Sirsat' for the YONO app thing as I had forgotten my username and password, first is that guy 'Sachin Sirsat' was not even ready to listen to the customer concern that is very unacceptable from a customer point of view, He stated that they are experiencing issues with the net banking site and are unable to resolve the issue. He then stated that I should meet 'Mr Sarkate' who sits on counter no 4, and when I inquired about the process of applying for Fixed Deposit, he stated that I should come after 8:00 pm. Is this a proper way to treat your customers?? I'd like to report a complaint about that guy named 'Sachin"s' attitude of not paying attention to a customer and the disrespectful behaviour of 'Mr Sarkate' in sbi.
