★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to inquire about the rates for foreign transfer but the representative was so careless and unprofessional. I didn’t even have courage to ask to open a bank account after seeing such filthy management.

Your services are not satisfactory.
I visited your Highway branch (Mehsana) couple of times, to get my passbook (two accounts). but i did not get the same as person responsible said that the same has been delivered (after waiting in the Que for 50 minutes) earlier but was not ready to share the information to whom the same were delivered,
secondly I tried so called digital platform, tried registering my self on SBI quick, but came to know that the given mobile number is not associated with account number (number was shared while filling the form).
third I tried calling the numbers given on Google but no one connects (All numbers are outdated/not working). All these things irritates and I felt like why I have accounts in SBI.
If you are so called nationalized bank then you should remove all these inefficiencies and try to resolve the issues raised by customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a ridiculous service Man!! There service is so bad that if you want to just print another passbook it will take more time than you can open another account In any other bank. And most importantly there system and server is soo bad that you have to visit the bank for like 1 month for just a small name change process.

couldn’t even able to do mobile no update..
asking whole set of documents even for small change… even if they misplaced our forms
