★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good bank at all. Long line. Takes too much time during regular banking. ATM does not work most of the time. Passbook printing machine does not work at all. I dont know why they have kept it. The branch has specific timing for doing basic banking things like passbook printing. Even at this point of time they are not modern. Cash counter needs more windows and more manpower to run a bank like this. Online facility does not work properly all the time. SMS service also does not work maximum times. Arogancy and egoism is at sublime of this bank. Better avoiding for general people. Come on, all the banks except SBI have much more share held by the Govt. Overall, very poor service.
