★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google Map is showing this place as SBI ATM but this is a ful fledged Bank Branch. Located in Sector-2 ,this branch is quite big and all the banking facilities can be availed . There is also an ATM along with the branch. This Branch is quite popular since this is place where you can deposit Challan for Government fee like making Ration Card and other certificates. I have visited this place for making birth certificate for my son. Despite having huge place around the branch customers are forced to park on road side and pay Parking fee. Being a monsoon season the place around branch has huge water lodging which is not good. I find There are two windows for depositing challan. One for cash payment and other for cheques. Depositing is quite easy but to get a Challan Form and requite code head under which challan is deposited an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most inefficient bank and "e-corner". It can be a very good case study on how NOT to operate a bank. They don't have a cheque drop box (except for CC cheques) since they have a machine to accept cheques and give a receipt. The problem is that the machine is hardly ever functional. My most recent experience was hilarious. I was at the bank on a regular weekday wanting to deposit a cheque. I went to the cheque deposited machine but as usual it wasn't working. I thought no problem I'll just hand it in the bank since it's open. To my most absolute shock I was told they can't accept cheques and give me a receipt. The only way they can accept is through the machine which ofcourse is not working. So imagine my plight. I'm at the bank with a cheque, wanting the most basic banking service of depositing a cheque into my SBI account (with the same branch) but I'm left there standing helpless. And all I get from the employees of this bank is apathy, rudeness and incompetence. This is just one example. Getting my internet banking activated was another and even bigger ordeal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service, Irresponsible and arrogant staff. I would provide '0' rating if its available. They know just to sit under AC and roar on people if its even right ? For namesake they show how they are working by roaming here and there. They don't know basic knowledge of operations and god knows only how they get selected and gets trained. 1,2, & 8 these Counters are really uneducated. If you will ask any queries they answer you in arrogant way that you can close the account if you don't understand. Why this bank is not getting privatized ?? It should be privatized then only they will start to learn and how to work. No words to explain more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had mixed experience, loan team was too supportive, quick & professional. As far as cash counter team is concerned the swipe machine was faulty, whole load was on 1 counter only whereas 6+ counter teams were sitting ideal & enjoying chilli potatoes
