★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service ,the staff are so arrogant and lacks the basic ethics and knowledge in supporting customer .If you have insurance policy with them ,then it's your bad luck . Dear simple people and friends please don't make here any insurance policy . Branch manager (sikkdar and Mr Paul ,,I don't remember his name )also not good ,he talked so loudly , totally bad experience.so my request don't make with them any insurance policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank is not for customer service, Waited 2 hours to get a new passbook and to update it.. Manager ( Mr Sumanjit sikdar) not bother to take care of this..he is busy with his mobile..even no facility for senior citizens and ladies too. All aged people were standing from 1/2 hours.. No separate counter for them..(naam bare kaam chote) shame on this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank has only one extremely helpful customer service support person ( Mrs Sudipta Biswas). It was a great banking experience with her knowledge , skill and understanding . Her attitude and communication skill are excellent I hope she progress in her career and move to a better bank .
The rest of the employees down stairs in counters treats the customer as a ‘beggar ‘ and thinks customer is taking ‘their money’. They do not know bank runs and pays them by customers’ money . They have no concept of personal banking . The head office should send the undercover inspectors or watch the CCTV recoding how badly the customers are treated . If you have any FD /LICI OR other interest coming to the account in this branch please try to change and close the account and move to other banks .
I am sure after posting this i will be penalised for the rest of my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst brunch ever. They do not do their job sufficiently.Waste of time if open a account here. Staffs do not cooperating with the customer's.some of the staffs are very rude.don't open a account in this brunch you will regret later. Customer service is too much bad. I don't want to give any star but I have to because there is no option
