★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic service of SBI , I never want to visit SBI.At first i was customer of SBI but it has been more than five years to leave it.again something went from work but got the same response SBI bank.first ur policy not good for customer and same follow by satfff.when SBI is in the bank no work has been done till the time .our compulsion was to visit the bank.

Since the bank is situated in a defence area, entry is permitted to armed forces personnel and civilians/ defence civilians only with valid identity card/ Pass issued from Navy. Speaking about the bank, like any other SBI branch, the staff is not customer friendly. They are least bothered about the customers' time and requirements. Security guard is a gentleman. Atleast he tells the customers where to go to fulfill their requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staff. Most of the time bank staff are busy with personal phone calls and not present on their respective chairs. Their prime job is the haress customers and just pass time. Government should immediately convert SBI into private and all present staff should be sacked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank ever . Fo not even think of opening your account here . The entire sbi service is pathetic. Especially this branch people . You go the branch their working hour starts at 11 and till 12 their lunch break starts wich goes on till eternity. These people sit like a sack bag all the time doing nothing and just use their phones . Coming to the branch manager who is totally clueless what is happening outside his room that manager is least bothered about what his branch is doing . The branch manager is setting example of being completely useless . I can proudly say to youngsters that never be like this branch manager. The employee here are soo soo soo least bothered and pathetic about the coustmer that they made me wait for an hour just to tell me "kal aana"
I felt like slapping the manager . These people have the assurance that whatever they do they are not going to be fired and salary is surely going to come in their account and with this attitude they just come do nothing for 3 hrs eat lunch sleep and go back home .
