★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contact No. Mentioned above is of post office situated in same address but, more shocking is Contact No. provided by bank in their own passbook is incorrect and above all Contact No. provided in sbi website for N.B.U. is also Incorrect so, we can understand from there how customer friendly is SBI.
And when I contacted customer care no. even they don't have branch no. ? ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One should never visit this bank pathetic staff and totally hopeless and illiterate.
I wanted to deposit my credit card payments and it’s been my very first time in this bank branch and totally embarrassing experience even the lady who is not even willing to provide deposit slips and next to get nepali lady was acting like she is doing an extra favour to me by being very rude in her behaviour.
I suggest we should not deal with this kind of bank where they think that they are everything please avoid such bank in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is near by the village and it is beside the main high way. Bank is walkable distance from Shivmandir. Post office is in ground floor. Addhaar center is with bank. Bank opens at 10 AM and closes at 4 PM. First week of the month you should go early because it will be mostly crowded.
