★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Too much customers due to single branch nearby 3 km. SBI staff is not equipped or trained to handle the load.
- Approach of SBI staff towards services is also not well. Still they are in government culture. The staff is overloaded so not responding to queries of customers.
- I am bound to have my A/c in SBI and nearby only this branch is available that is the reason i have opened the account.
- I would be happy to shift to other branch which is focused to better service to all client services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the digital age there should be practically no need to visit a bank branch(w a few exceptions) but SBI Nirman Bhavan , New Delhi branch is legit not operating in a digital environment or a pandemic world. Ive tried every possible means to get my task completed online or on the phone and its been impossible. As they say " all roads lead to rome" at SBI all roads lead to a 'waste of time' in per son visit to the branch. As an example , tax filing deadline is upon us and so you'd think resources at the bank wouldve been asked to prioritize related queries and tasks but try getting a interest statement from the bank and you'll know folks are mostly oblivious. Things that can be done over email or online or on the phone like changing online credentials, require an in person visit. There is a reason people in general and especially young people dont want to bank w SBI. May be cross over into the 21st century and you'll see better reviews to start w and more customers even. Hope this will help you in some small way. As customers we can certainly use your attention and help.

Still strictly and meticulously follows babugiri.... advancements in Information Technology has not reached this branch and getting any thing done remotely about your account is next to impossible... even direct interactions also many times don't fetch you any result and you will be in spin if you deal with them.... strongly not recommended, if you want peace of mind...
