β β β β β Poor customer service. Most of the staff not updated with technology. Very lazy staff. For one work to get done, at least 3 visit compulsory. Always long waiting period.

β β β β β All the staff are lazy, they won't care for account holders & their customers . 45 mins to 60 mins lunch Break, another 15 mins to settle down during peak business and 25 to 30 customers on waiting on queue.

β β β β β This branch has very bad service. Every time you need to get something done, a minimum of 1 hour is taken. The staff does not respond properly with the people. Better to get your account in someother branch or bank.

β β β β β Extremely harsh staff and even manager is not proffessional and co-operative. We did a big mistake by getting our account transfered to this branch. The lady cashier and the lady who sits at the corner use very abusive language and refuse to perform our task or give us information on our own account. They made my 65 year old mother run through 4 SBI branches in 3 areas to just to get the account transfer completed, which was incorrectly done by the other SBI branch. My poor mother could not get the work done from them and I had to roam 4 branches leaving my premature month old baby with my mother at home and even took my baby to branch several times. Even after 2 years they are stating that the fixed deposit is not in their branch and they do not know where it is and the lady made harsh statement saying"as you are not happy with our service why should I give you information" how can she refuse to give information on our account to us. Then I gave a written complaint to the manager as even he spoke to me very rudely when I requested him to give information on our fixed deposit. As soon as I placed the written complaint he did our job immediately. The lady cashier and the lady who sits at the wall end are too harsh. They speak very abusuvily and make you get angry. I have always seen them making senior Citizens visit the branch number of times for 1 single work. They do not complete the transactions properly and you can see even after an year of submitting the details still your address is not changed and your FD is not transferred. We request SBI to transfer these 2 ladies to some rural branch.

β β β β β Here the people are always in rush the service is little slow. Customers to be waited for long time for there deposit are withdrawal etc... For senior citizen there is no any special queue.
