Their staff don't know how to use the technology.
SBI must retire their old workforce with young and energetic people to improve their services and handle workload efficiently...!
Poor overall management.
I will not recommend to handover our hard earned money with this irresponsible people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who sits next to the branch managers cabin is very rude and does not seem to have the will to work. She should be working in a fish market, she is not suitable for banking sector at all.
The branch manager is the saving grace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, but can understand volume of customers are more and lesser staff & the space is also small. Though delay in getting response but every time you get proper solution and not like other private banks. Must appreciate those staff working under so much pressure. Its easy to handle100 customers while sitting in a shop, it's really a great challenge to handle more than 1000 customers. Staff is really doing good job, and it's a multitasking abilities of the staff who put every effort to respond to customer's queries.
