★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should change name to chaos bank of India. Mis managed place this is, you ask for information you have to rattle you head to multiple counters without getting any information. Employee are less helpful they just pile on their work to other counters. There shall be a Pvt bank tour arranged for sbi employee and let them know how to manage branch. I would have given minus 5 rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad at customer service. Extremely rude and useless staff. If you ask for help from them or any queries, they'll look at you as if you asked for their kidney. They will make you stand in front of them and act as if you don't exist. Their passbook printing machine works once in a blue moon. Their money deposit/ATM works for a while and then stops working. They 80% of the times have "Server issues". If you value your time please don't let the idea of having an account in SBI cross your mind. There are many other banks
with much much better customer experience and services.

Always there is an issue with the printer.
