My account is open in bihar but I'm going in bhopal branch for my account related issues so.. the employee is not solve my problem(I only go for submitting my kyc document).. during COVID-19.. and tell me don't came again for these such types of service.. that's why government banks are not customer frendaly in india.... On the other hand .. Private sector banks are on the fire with Great service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever, when i ask them to close my sbi cap demat account they keep on refusing to close my account and at the time of opening the demat account they said no money will be deducted from your account and after just 15 days 580 Rs were deducted from my account finally i closed my demat account by email, they are also very slow, one of the employee is very rude to she ask irrelevant question when you ask her to close sbicaps demat account like why, they also make excuses like it will be closed after 3 months but believe me they are just ignoring you and they will not close your sbicap demat account.
