★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical "SLOW Bank of India". Go there only if you have minimum 30 mins to spend, even if you have small inquiry. Branch is full of staff but only 3 people do the work, security guard who hands sanitizer to all, cashier who only do Debit/Credit, and Bank Manager who does all other work including enquires.
Also the staff does not know what is SBI offering online. SBI netbanking has option to check if there are lockers available at a branch or not. The branch manager was unaware of this. Also netbanking says there are multiple lockers available and issues a token number for issue of available locker. But as per manager there are no lockers available and there is waiting from a sometime.
