★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste place masquerading as a bank. They think customers time is always their time. Have been to this branch 4 times just to try to open a ppf account. Had previously opened a sb account 1 week ago giving them the required kyc docs. They need another set of docs to open this new ppf account. This attitude puts SBIs plans to go paperless to shambles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff (especially the lady at counter no 4). It took a while as I had multiple queries but was in and out in an hour or less.
They also had sanitiser available, however some people were not wearing masks or wearing them properly so would be good if someone enforced it at entry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst banks I have come across. I regret having an account in SBI. I'm facing a lot of issues in my account & SBI YONO, so when I went to the AECS layout branch to get the issue solved, all I got was attitude from the people working there. AECS layout branch dosent look like a bank when you enter, it literally look like some old age home. All the people working there are old & slow with there work & they just don't want to solve the customers issues on time. All they do is show bad attitude to the customers.SBI BANK should be ashamed to give such bad service to their customers & also the people working in AECS layout branch are so impolite & big looser's in life. It's never a user friendly bank. & also It's literally a bad decision to open a bank account in SBI. If you want to know which is the worst bank with the ugliest people working then SBI AECS LAYOUT BRANCH is the answer to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have rated zero if there was an option. My base branch is there and I went there from Kengeri to get interest certificate. They told server is down and will mail me the certificate.
I knew the fate of these government based banks and I took the mail and phone number of that branch to call back.
Till today I didn't get my interest certificate. I dropped mail waiting for 5 days. Didn't get any reply. The phone number provided in the bank is not reachable/switched off.
WHAT THE HELL DO THEY THINK OF CUSTOMERS?
Modi is doing correctly. Whatever government stuffs are there should be privatized. Otherwise government employees take salary and sit simply without giving good service to customers

The customer service has been great! For 3 years I didn't have access to my bank account. I reached out to via email address and they resolved all my issues with super fast responses. The branch manager for sure needs a pay raise, Hands down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services and no promptness in response to customer query. Is this what you call Banking. Better than you are other banks who keep customers updated at all times. There is no escalation matrix and no bank phone number mentioned in case someone needs to call the bank. Even after submitting documents no action taken by bank for past 4 working days. I will work towards closure of my acconts with this bank after fiscal year.
