★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank in India. Half of the day they say that there server is down or "link is fail". For everything, they'll ask you to fill a form and write an application and submit. When you come after few days they'll tell you that application form is lost, write a new one.
Getting work done on the same day in SBI is a myth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is culmination of a series of consecutive bad experience with the branch. Most of the bankers here aren't aware of the processes themselves, but the worst of the bunch of things to complain about, is their service that epitomizes inefficacy and complacency. They don't seem to want to even deposit cash by themselves, often directing customers to CDM, by citing contrived reasons like they don't deposit cash below 50000 at counter, when their token machine clearly signals otherwise. Their complacency is symptomatic of issues plaguing public sector banks. For the sake of not only customers, but national economy itself, I hope, and wish, that these incompetent liars are replaced by the machines that they so readily point out to avail any and all services. It would be for the good of everyone.
