★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even they are not fit for single star. One of the worst experience i have ever experienced. Just for FD renewal and a loan on FD it nearly took more than half a day. Concerned Single window operator claims that this is not her job, then why they claim it's single window operator only God knows. When we reported to Branch manager regarding the delay, she advised her to do the needful. But nothing happened, this is the reason why MNC banks are rocking in india. I have an account with an MNC bank also where in they treat me as a KING and within minutes my purpose to bank with get fulfilled.
